'Secular' campaign

The Congress has requisitioned the services of Yahya Bukhari, son of the Shahi Imam of Delhi’s Jama Masjid, to campaign for it in Assam. Bukhari is not a political leader. But with a sizeable Muslim vote in the state, the party feels it needs to court various maulvis to shore up its campaign.
