Don't rag me

While inaugurating an anti-ragging helpline, Human Resources Development Minister Kapil Sibal confessed to having been ragged while he was in college and to having done his share of ragging as well. What took journalists aback, however, was his calling the helpline to say he was surrounded by the press and feared being ragged by them.
