Holi could turn out to be a bit of a lacklustre affair with both Sonia Gandhi and LK Advani deciding against taking part in the festivities as a mark of respect to those who died in the Mumbai massacre. Advani has, however, said that his decision was a personal one and not binding on his party members. It remains to be seen how many decide to assert their independence.
