In the free-for-all session at the BJP’s national executive, one man kept quiet while everyone else was criticising everyone else. When former petroleum minister Ram Naik was asked to speak, he said, “I am Ram Naik, and I want to emphasise that I have another introduction — I am the head of the party’s disciplinary committee.” That, of course, never stopped the warring party members from proceeding to trash one another.
