Urban Development and Poverty Alleviation Minister Kumari Shailja found very few people turning up at her election rallies. This, despite Haryana Chief Minister BS Hooda being there. Just the day before, Hooda had told the press that the Congress party faced a pro-incumbency wave in the state. Wonder how many people there would be if there was an anti-incumbency wave?
