Former telecom minister A Raja does not appear to have lost his sense of humour during his stint in Tihar jail. Eyeing journalists and lawyers crowded in front of the closed doors of a court room ahead of a hearing on 2G spectrum sales last week, he sardonically observed, “So, all of you want to catch the first day, first show.” Of course, none of those assembled cared to point out that the first-come, first-served principle didn’t apply here.
