AEZ residential project

Capital-based real estate group AEZ will develop a premium residential project near Laxman Jhoola in Uttaranchal. The Rs 35-crore "Aloha Hrishikesh" project, located on the Hrishikesh Badrinath highway, will be spread over 20,000 square yards.

It would accommodate 172 fully furnished spanish style apartments ranging from studio, two bedroom with terrace garden and three bedroom duplex apartments.

AEZ group Managing Director Sanjeev J Aeren said the launch of the new project was an important milestone for the group.

A distinguishing feature of the upcoming project would be a 100 per cent vegetarian food court and the project would be completed within the next two years.
