BJP has ruled out raising 'Modi listening tax' to Rs 10 in the next Bangalore rally.

There are rumours that BJP will charge Rs 10 from party workers who want to attend the proposed public meeting next month in Bangalore.

Modi is coming to Bhopal on 25th to address a huge rally of party workers.

“We have no such plan, the party charges minimum Rs 5 from workers to meet the expenses of food etc. Also this is not Modi listening charges as quoted in various media. It is to meet the expenses and the party charge in other conventions too. It is a common practice in the party. There is no such plan to raise it to Rs 10,” said a party spokesperson in Bhopal.

The “tickets” were came to limelight when entry was restricted to Modi's programme in Hyderabad earlier this year was for the Rs 5 charge.
