Union Minister of Urban Development Venkaiah Naidu on Friday sharpened attack against the Congress party for doing negative politics. He alleged that stalling passage of growth oriented Insurance Amendment Bill by Congress is an evidence of negative politics and this amounts to clearly blocking development.
"The sense of dejection, desperation and frustration of Congress seems to be mounting by each day as the Prime Minister Narendra Modi is winning the hearts of the people of our country by his words and deeds. Perhaps, Congress party has come to believe that there is no hope for future, Naidu told reporters here.
Further, Naidu said that Congress party is in trouble. "But that is no justification to insult the wisdom of the people of this country by saying that they can't be sold fake dreams and can be trapped," he noted.

Naidu claimed that Congress party has run out of ideas as they have moved away from the ground realities and the aspirations of the people.
Moreover, Naidu said Modi led government needs to have majority in Rajya Sabha. He added that this will be possible after voters, who overwhelmingly voted for BJP and its allies in the general election, will do it again in the ensuing assembly poll in Maharashtra, Harayana and Jammu & Kashmir. ''One vote for BJP and its allies in the assembly poll,s will give twin benefits of having state governments led by the BJP or NDA coalition and further strengthening the hands of Modi through majority in Rajya Sabha,'' he noted.
