A seasoned professional, he has more than 38 years of experience in manpower management at highest levels across HR functions in reputed organizations such as Voltas Ltd, The East India Hotels Ltd, Modi Xerox Ltd, Bharat Shell Limited and SAP India Pvt.Ltd. An MBA from the prestigious IIM, Ahmedabad, Marcel has a great passion for HR and actively supports and works with the National HRD Network. |
