Pradeep Kar elected TiE, Bangalore Chapter president

| Bangalore, August 23, 2006: Mr. Pradeep Kar, Founder & CEO of Microland, has been elected as President of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE), Bangalore chapter. In this capacity, Mr. Kar will provide strategic direction towards enhancing the entrepreneurial climate in Bangalore and further strengthening the city's connect with the global entrepreneurial and business eco-system. Welcoming Mr. Kar on board, Mr. Sridar Iyengar, President TiE Global said, "TiE helps budding entrepreneurs through programs that cover networking, mentoring and education.
