10 poachers arrested in Valmiki Tiger reserve

Ten poachers have been arrested from Valmiki Tiger Reserve on Indo-Nepal border in Bihar's West Champaran district.

Acting on a tip-off, a team of forest officials led by Madanpur ranger Anand Kumar conducted a search in the area and arrested 10 poachers late last night.

The arrested belong to Kushinagar district of Uttar Pradesh, Kumar said.
