12-year-old boy sodomised

A 12-year-old boy was allegedly sodomised by a youth at Mewla Maharajpur village here, police said today.

According to a complaint filed by victim's mother, the incident happened yesterday when her son had gone to play in a park, they said.

The accused Bhuri cajoled the boy to go to a nearby jungle where he forcibly sodomised him, police said, adding, the accused threatened to kill the boy if he reveals the incident to anyone.

A case has been registered and the matter is being investigated, police said.
