The children were rescued from two units in Brahmpuri following a raid by authorities on a tip-off by Bachpan Bachao Andolan.
One employer was arrested and the two establishments had been sealed, a release said.
One of the children rescued was as young as 6-year-old while the eldest was 12-year-old. All of them were trafficked from the villages of Bihar during the span of last 1 to 2 years.
"They were forced to work under pitiable and inhuman conditions for more than 17 hours a day for no wages and made to live and sleep within the confines of a single room.
"When they were rescued today, many of them did not have proper clothes and all of them looked tired and deprived of sleep," the NGO said.
