15-yr-old girl kidnapped

A 15-year-old girl was allegedly

kidnapped from a village in the district with a case having been registered against three persons in this connection, police said today.

According to police, the girl in Narori village in the Bagwala police station area was allegedly kidnapped by one Malkhan, a local, when she had gone to the fields on the morning of February 4.

Some villagers have claimed they saw the accused taking away the girl and the family has lodged an FIR against Malkhan and two others. Investigations are on in the case, police said.
