16 juveniles escape from observation home

At least 16 juveniles escaped from an observation home here by breaking the wall of a toilet.

"The incident took place last night. The juveniles fled after breaking the wall of a toilet of the correction home," police said.

One of them reached his home, but his family members handed him back to the authorities, while two others were apprehended, they said.

Efforts are on to trace others and the matter was being probed.
