2 children drown in pond in UP village

Two children drowned in a pond in Magurakohal village here today, police said.

Both the children drowned while taking a bath in the pond.

Mohabbat Ali, 10, and Razia, 13, had gone to graze their goat near the pond when they decided to take a bath, police said.

Their bodies were later fished out with the help of the locals.
