Drug firm Aurobindo Pharma today said two people died and one was seriously injured in a fire incident on Monday at its Srikakulam facility in Andhra Pradesh.
A flash fire incident occurred on December 12, 2016 in the
company's active pharmaceutical ingredients unit, located at Pydibhimavaram, Srikakulam in Andhra Pradesh in which two people died and one critically injured, Aurobindo Pharma said in a filing to BSE.
"There is no material impact on the operations of the company," it added.
Aurobindo Pharma stock closed 2.04 per cent down at Rs 703.55 on BSE.
