2 killed, 5 injured in J-K highway mishap

Two people were killed and five injured when a tree fell on a vehicle on Jammu-Srinagar National Highway in Ramban district today.

The victims were on their way to Jammu from Anantnag district of Valley, when the tree from a hill top fell on their vehicle at Magarkot in the district, a police officer said.

The injured were hospitalised and bodies retrieved from the badly damaged vehicle.
