Two persons were killed in a clash over a dead cat in Unnao district this morning, police said.
Two villagers clashed in Hirakheda village under Sohramau police station area after a dead cat was thrown in front of the house of one of them, police said.
In the ensuing clash both of them - identified as Amrit Lal (34) and Sharda Prasad (33) - were killed, police said adding that a case has been registered and investigations are on.
