Three people were killed and at least six others injured in a collision between a canter and a tempo in the Jamuna Paar area here, the police said today.
The accident occurred last night near the Dudhadhari crossing when the tempo, while overtaking a vehicle, rammed into the canter coming from Aligarh, they said.
The accident victims were rushed to the district hospital where doctors declared Shahabuddin of Hathras and Satyendra of Mathura as brought dead, police said.
Tempo driver Bhupendra was referred to the S N Medical college in Agra, while the others were admitted to a private hospital, they added.
