2 killed while crossing rail tracks in UP

Two persons were today killed after being hit by a train near Nainipur village in Ramnagar area here, police said.

Baburam (65) and Anil Kumar (37) were crossing the railway track this morning when they were hit by Gorakhdham Express, killing them on the spot, they said.

The bodies have been sent for post-mortem, police said, adding that investigation is underway.
