Two persons today died when they were hunting animals in Doda and Udhampur districts of Jammu and Kashmir.
Balwant Singh died due to firing under mysterious circumstances when he was hunting in Layer Poni belt of Udhampur district, police said.
The body has been recovered and sent for a post-mortem.
In another incident, Zubair Abbas slipped off a hilltop while hunting in Dadsal belt of Doda district and died, they said, adding that the body had been recovered.
Police have registered separate cases.
