Two persons were hacked to death and two others were injured by unidentified people in Palsara village, police said.
The incident took place in the wee hours when brothers Damodar (65) and Kunwarpal (55) and two others were sleeping outside their house and some unidentified persons attacked them with sharp-edged weapons, Aditional Superintendent of Police, VK Mishra said.
While Damodar and Kunwarpal died on the spot, two others were seriously injured in the incident, he said
The police has lodged an FIR in this connection and are probing the matter.
