2 Nepalese nationals killed in road accident

An unidentified vehicle hit a motorcycle in outer Delhi's Alipur early today, killing two Nepalese nationals and injuring another, the police said.

Suraj Keshri, Rahul and Lakshu, who used to sell momos for livelihood, were returning from Singhu border area on the motorcycle when they got hit by the vehicle near National Highway 1, they said.

A passerby spotted the trio lying injured on the road and informed the police, they said.

Keshri and Rahul, who lived in a rented accommodation in Chirag Delhi, were declared brought dead in a hospital while Lakshu, a resident of Jehangirpuri, is undergoing treatment at LNJP hospital, the police said.
 

According to medical reports, the three men were in an inebriated state, the police said.
