Twenty people were today injured after the vehicle they were travelling in overturned on Sultanpur-Amethi road here.
"20 passengers were travelling in the Tata Magic van all of whom were injured in the accident. The driver, however, managed to jump to safety," said SHO Amethi.
"The injured were admitted to CHC Amethi and later eight of them were referred to district hospital at Gauriganj," he added.
