A 23-year-old man has been brutally stabbed to death in northwest Delhi's Mukundpur area allegedly after an argument over selling contraband, police said today.
Chanchal was stabbed to death by seven men - named in an FIR registered by his mother at Bhalswa Dairy police station - who broke into his house last night following the argument, they said.
"It is suspected that Chanchal was in the business of selling contraband. Yesterday, he had an argument with someone over selling contraband in the area," said a police officer.

Four of the seven persons have been arrested. All are in their twenties.
Authorities are also probing the extent to which the illegal business was spread in the area.
