A 26-year-old girl was allegedly gangraped by two youths here, police said today.
The girl, a student of LLB, was gangraped yesterday by the two when she had gone to collect money given as credit to one of them at khatoli town in the district, police said.
The two, identified as Vebhav and Ashutosh, have been arrested by the police and a case registered against them, Circle Officer D K Mittal said.
The girl has been sent for medical examination, he said.
In an another incident, a 36-year-old woman was harassed by her neighbour Anuj kumar here yesterday, police said, adding, the accused has been arrested.
