Jammu and Kashmir government today ordered transfers and postings of five bureaucrats, including three IAS officers.
The orders were issued after an approval from the state Cabinet, which met under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, an official spokesman said.
IAS Mohammad Afzal Bhat, secretary Cooperatives Department, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Forest Department.

Ramesh Kumar Koul, IAS, Special Secretary in the Chief Minister's Secretariat, has been posted as Secretary Cooperatives Department.
Hemant Kumar Sharma, IAS, Director, Command Area Development, Jammu, has been made Deputy Commissioner, Rajouri, he said.
Two KAS officers, Sheikh Fayaz Ahmad and Soujanya Kumar Sharma, were also transferred, the spokesman said.
