3 injured as two trucks collide head-on in UP

Three persons including two drivers were injured when two trucks collided near Pilua village in this district, police said today.

The accident took place yesterday when the trucks coming from opposite direction collided with each other head-on near Pilua village, they said.

The injured were rescued form the mangled trucks and two of them admitted to a nearby hospital while one driver, Raj Kumar, whose condition was stated to be serious was sent to a hospital in Aligarh, police said.
