3 kidnappers arrested, they kill their victim

Superintendent of police Navneet Kumar Rana said that one Raj Kumar Samadhiya was kidnapped for ransom on May 3 and on a tip off about the presence of the kidnappers, a police party challenged them in the jungles yesterday.

On being cornered, the kidnappers gunned down their victim although three of them were later nabbed along with country-made weapons, the SP added.
