3 of family from Mysore killed in mishap

: Three members of a family from Periyapattina in Mysore were killed on the spot when their car collided with a stationary lorry, police said.

K Saravanan (37) his wife and seven-year-old daughter were killed in the mishap, they said.

DSP Regina Begum rushed to the spot and arranged to retrieve the bodies and send them for post mortem.

Police suspect Saravanan might have dozed off, leading to the accident.
