A school bus and a school staff van today collided into each other near Chirod village on Hisar- Siwani road here, killing four persons and injuring six others including students, police said.
The ill-fated van was on its way to Himalaya Public School in Talwandi Rooka village while the school bus was going towards Kalwas village when the accident took place, they said.
The deceased were identified as school teachers - Preeti, Jyoti and Kusum - and Sanjay, driver of the van, all residents of Hisar district, the police said.

According to police, all the injured were admitted to different private hospitals here.
Low visibility on account of fog was said to be the cause of the accident.
The bodies of the victims were handed over to their relatives after conducting post-mortem here in civil hospital this evening.
