3 sentenced to eight years in murder case

Additional Sessions and District Judge S P Arvind yesterday held Buddhu, Jhinku and Mohd Shameem guilty of killing Danish over a property dispute in 2001, prosecution sources said.

The three along with Mohd Sajid assaulted the victim in Muhammadpur village of Gambhirpur area following which he died during medical treatment, they said.

Sajid's case has been transferred to a juvenile court as he is still a minor, they added.
