30-yr-old paramour kills teenage girl

A teenage girl was killed allegedly by a 30-year-old married man with whom she apparently had an illicit relationship.

The accused, identified as Bhura, was arrested from Banda district today, police said.

On May 16, Bhura had repeatedly hit the girl with a stone and then set her ablaze. The accused killed the girl as she insisted him of marrying her, they said.

The FIR of the incident was registered at Pailani police station in Banda.
