At least 32 people were injured when a tractor-trolley in which they were travelling overturned in Uttar Pradesh's Banda district, police said on Friday.
The passengers were returning home after performing a 'mundan' ceremony (tonsuring ritual) of a six-month-old boy at a Kali temple in Bhedaghat area on Thursday evening, the police said.
The tractor-trolley overturned into a roadside ditch on the Banda-Tanda road near Chapar village at Tindwari block. Thirty-two people, including women and children, were injured, an officer said.
The tractor driver fled the scene and a search is on to nab him, the officer added.
