42-year-old woman commits suicide in J&K

A 42-year-old woman allegedly committed suicide in Bari Brahamna area of Samba district in Jammu and Kashmir today, a police officer said.

Rajinder Kour, a resident of Meer Sarakarian area of Bari Brahamna Tehsil in Samba district, committed suicide by hanging herself from a ceiling fan, he said.

A case has been registered and investigations initiated into the incident.
