As many as five Pakistani Taliban insurgents, including a key militant commander, were killed in a clash with security forces in Frontier Region (FR) Peshawar today.
According to sources, security forces launched an operation in a semi-tribal area of Peshawar and killed Jangraiz Khan, a key commander of the banned militant group, and his four accomplices.
Jangraiz's group was involved in various acts of terrorism in FR Peshawar, Matni, Budhbir, Suleman Khel and other areas.
A school teacher was also murdered in the area yesterday.
