Seven school children were among eight injured today when a tempo carrying them rammed into a truck in Dungarpur district of Rajasthan.
The incident occurred after the truck moving ahead of the tempo came to an abrupt halt as the driver applied sudden brakes, leading the tempo to crash into it from behind.
All injured were admitted to a hospital, police said, adding the condition of the driver and a child is stated to be critical. All children are below 12 years of age, they said.
