70-yr-old Vaishno Devi pilgrim dies due to heart attack

A 70-year-old pilgrim on her way to the cave shrine of Mata Vaishno Devi died after apparently suffering a heart attack in Katra town of Jammu and Kashmir's Reasi district.

Lachi Devi, a resident of Delhi, fell unconscious in Bhawan area last night and was taken to a nearby dispensary by her relatives, police said.

Doctors declared her brought dead and said she may have suffered a heart attack.
