A total of 750 kgs of banned tobacco products worth Rs 6 lakhs was seized by personnel of the Food Safety Department from a godown here, police said today.
Based on a tip-off, the personnel raided the godown and seized gutka and pan parag stored in cartons, they said.
No arrest has been made so far, the police said.
Recently, over 2,500 kgs of the tobacco items were confiscated from various areas in the city, they added.
