At least eight people were killed and six others injured today when a vehicle overturned while driving downhill in northwest China's Gansu province.
The accident happened in Huanxian county at around 7:40 am (local time) when a three-wheeled vehicle, used in agriculture, tipped over while driving downhill on a road, state-run Xinhua news agency reported.
The vehicle was carrying 14 people of which two were killed at the accident site while six others died in the hospital.

Six others, including three people in serious conditions, were receiving medical treatment in a county hospital.
Investigations into the accident are underway.
