Afghan national shot dead in Peshawar

An Afghan national was shot dead by unidentified persons in this northwestern Pakistani city today, police said.

Abdullah, a teacher at Mohibul Uloom Madrassa situated on University Road in Peshawar, was shot dead, they said.

Local media reports said the victim was a former Taliban minister from Afghanistan.
