Air Commodore S R Menon assumes charge of AFAC

Air Commodore S R Menon today assumed the command of Air Force Administrative College (AFAC) here.

Menon took over charge from Air Commodore V P S Rana, who has been posted to the Headquarters Training Command in Bengaluru, an official release said.

The handing and taking over of command was carried out in a solemn ceremony held at AFAC, it said.

Before his new assignment, Menon had served at the Headquarters of South Western Air Command, Indian Air Force, the release added.
