Ajay Mittal takes over as DoPT Secretary
Senior IAS officer Ajay Mittal has taken over as Secretary, Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT).
He succeeds B P Sharma, who superannuated today.
Mittal's last posting was as Secretary, Information and Broadcasting Ministry.
He is a 1982-batch IAS officer of the Himachal Pradesh cadre.
