Amarinder responsible for erodoing Cong base in Punjab: Mann

Mann alleged the Amarinder had alienated Scheduled caste, the traditional vote bank of Congress, from the party.

A three-time MLA from Phagwara, Mann alleged that Amarinder had shunned 'Balmiks' and 'Mazhabi' Sikhs who constituted over 50 per cent of the SC population in state.
