BJP president Amit Shah today attended a ritual at a newly-constructed temple in Sola area of Ahmedabad in Gujarat.
Shah, along with Gujarat Deputy Chief Minister Nitin Patel and other local BJP leaders, attended the "pran pratishtha" (idol installation) ceremony at the Mahakali temple, state BJP spokesperson Bharat Pandya said.
"The BJP chief, who landed in the city this afternoon, is expected to leave tomorrow morning," he added.
