"The same yardstick (Naroda Patia case verdict) of dispensation of justice needs to be applied in the killing of innocent Kashmiri Pandits... At the hands of terrorists," Convener of Panun Kashmir, Dr Agniskekhar, said.
Kashmiri Pandits were "the victims of the worst conspiracy hatched by militants and radical fundamentalists," he said, while claiming that stringent punishment has not been handed out to the accused and the status of police investigations is unknown in many cases.
