The group led by Congress MLA Arif Aqueel, in the Bhopal Divisional Cricket Association (BDCA), is going to move the Madhya Pradesh High Court seeking contempt action against the rival faction led by former BJP MLA Dhurvnarayan Singh.
"We are going to file a contempt of court case in the High Court against Singh's group in BDCA," Aqueel said here.
He said the High Court, while disposing of a petition of Aqueel on July 8, 2015, had asked both the groups not to meddle in the affairs of BDCA, but Singh's faction was still running the show at the association.

Also, HC had asked the Registrar of Firms and Societies to settle the dispute over 100 members of the BDCA within three months, which didn't happen, the MLA said.
"So we have decided to move the MP High Court to seek contempt of court proceedings against Singh who is running the show at BDCA," Aqueel said.
The two groups have been fighting over BDCA elections since February 2013.
