Arms supplier held

An arms supplier was today arrested

with arms and ammunition at Jahaj ghat in naxal-hit Munger district of Bihar, a police officer said.

The arms smuggler, identified as Raju Chaudhury, was waiting on Jahaj ghat to catch a ship on way to Khagaria district when the police nabbed him with 6 automatic pistols and 12 magazines, Superintndent of police Barun Kumar Sinha said.

He has been booked under the Arms Act, he said.
